-Enter into an exclusive representation or brokerage agreement with one of our participating Realtors®.
-Complete the purchase or sale of a home with representation from a The Home Rebate Depot participating Realtor® receiving a commission from the qualified real estate purchase or sale.
-Complete The Home Rebate Depot satisfaction survey after the close of the qualified real estate purchase or sale.
-The Home Rebate Depot will deliver the Home Rebate in the form of a bank check within 10 working days after completion of the above conditions.
The Home Rebate Depot provides Home Rebate quotes based on standard Realtor® commission rates. The actual amount of your Home Rebate is based upon the actual commission your Realtor® receives at the close of your home purchase or home sale. Realtor® commissions are typically set by the home seller and can vary from transaction to transaction. Your agent will advise you if your transaction involves a commission that is different from the standard commission rate.

The Home Rebate Depot offers a Home Rebate bonus to active military personnel and qualified veterans. In order to qualify for a Home Rebate bonus, active military personnel must provide a current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) to your Realtor®. In order to qualify for a Home Rebate bonus, veterans must provide a copy of a valid form DD-214 with honorable discharge from the Armed Services of the United States.
